About Us

Ottawa Samosa is an online family business that was started in 2014 because we felt strongly about making high quality, halal samosas available in Ottawa. Customers can order samosas and other snacks online and have them delivered right to their homes or businesses. Our samosas contain only natural ingredients, with no preservatives or artificial flavours. We use locally grown vegetables, beef and chicken. Each samosa is handmade and frozen right away to maintain flavour, freshness and longevity. All of our products are 100% halal and prepared using the strictest food handling practices. We also offer an Indian ice cream called kulfi, as well as chutney and spice mixes.

With the increase in popularity of South Asian cuisine in Canada, many frozen samosas have become available in grocery stores. Unfortunately, they almost always contain added chemicals and preservatives. Our mission is to introduce an authentic alternative that has the nutrition and delicious flavour the people of Ottawa deserve. We strive to provide the best customer service and the highest quality food at the best possible price. Our goal is to one day have our samosas available all across Canada.
